Factors Affecting This Chinese New Year


The economy . Bad economy = less money .
less money = less lavish reunion dinner ,
OR
trying harder for a good reunion dinner!

like in that new drama "reunion dinner "
(no i dont watch)

next factor is little nyonya , resulting in people wanting to eat nyonya yee sheng , nyonya this nyonya that , for reunion dinner .
it kinda reminds me of twilight.
see , before this people dont give much concern about peranakan culture , now people wanna wear nyonya baju for new year
and before twilight came out , nobody bought the books.
now breaking dawn is sold out. (but i have it :D)

next , the china milk scandal .
no white rabbit sweets for some this year. they still dont trust it.

then, barrack obama.
