recent stuff .

Its more or less a week into the holidays , and it seems like quite some time has passed.

then again , it seems that time flies .

okay . so i was home alone for a few days , ( friday - monday) and i went out a bit , and stayed home a lot .

like of course. organized the files in the new computer and cleared up my room , even though there's not much difference :D

played quite a lot of scrabble , in preparation for the causeway challenge in December .
went for practice session at the library with edwin, ben, and haren .

ONCE . only. hahahahh . ben and edwin ended up playing PSP . me and haren played like, 3,4 games.

dude , causeway's 30 + games .

oh yes and congrats to isaac , jeremy, edmund, edwin and shafiq - 2009 cadet team!!

went out today to watch QUARANTINE .

SPOILER WARNINGS :

overall quarantine is quite an okay movie . it's done in the style of cloverfield .
like shot entirely from a camera , in this case a tv crew camera

and this camera is DAMN FRIGGIN GOOD . battery lasts for damn long , glass damn strong , light is bright , and lasts very long too . also super portable :D

[there's one part one of the infected humans is agitated by the camera light and keeps banging its head on the lens. then the camera guy smash the camera on the head . the lens all bloody.ahahahhahahaha . i laugh till stomach pain. ]

so the movie's plot is a little confusing , the movie is a little freaky. hahahah. and whenever the cameraman runs , the screen goes shake shake shake shake shake .

basically its about an infection (in this case a human variant of rabies ) which infected an old woman in a building . the cameraman and the tv show host , scott and angela , were doing a show at the fire department (that part lasted for 15 minutes + ) then they kaypoh follow the fire department to the woman's house , then at the room , a dog ran out then the woman was vomiting and pale , and there was blood on her dress .

next she bites the fireman's neck and the events that follow are like , lots of suspense , blood ,and people jumping out from the darkness. got one guy kena trap in the elevator with a rabid dog and later in the movie they had to enter the elevator and stepped on the poor corpse .

the building's like , sealed . totally sealed.fella who tried to escape through the window kena shot by sniper fire. the quarantine officers who come in all get killed , and one by one people die die die / infected.

in the end left the cameraman and angela . aaron and ben are debating wheter both wont die or left angela or both will die .

in the end, in an attepmt to escape through the basement , they come across a ...
lab?? belonging to a doomsday cult .

with rabid rats in cages and they come across another lab with files and a ceiling trapdoor with a .. infected fella living inside. (test subject?) then they are approached by this infected human which came out searching for a snack .

then it ate the cameraman , then the girl scream .then the thing went behind her and drag her away .

end of movie.

the movie is SO silent hill . maybe even like resident evil .ahhaha. its kinda like I Am Legend but IAL is much nicer . the movie's not bad , go watch it .

i'll be going to chiang mai on sunday ! ill be away till the 1st of december , quite long .
