then we all and alex go run to astaka ... got training
in the end my training is : masuk baris , sedia , ke kanan lurus with no timing...
for like 5minutes ONLY
and listen to senior abt who was the best team for marching : then moustache ( shaarvin XD ) or pavan team or or or..

then got first aid... triage , rescue scene evaluation ... ivan pissed yoke perng and gwee off .... say if leg amputated lose 4 litres of blood ( body got 6 litres - 60% in abdomen area... lol )

and gwee go do funny notes for the form 1s ...
